Overview: BDG Official maintains a transparent refund and withdrawal policy. This page outlines the conditions under which refunds or reversals may be processed, and what to do if you encounter any issues with your transactions.
1. General Refund Policy
All deposits made to BDG Official are used for gameplay and are generally non-refundable once wagered. However, we understand that technical issues or payment errors can occur. In such cases, we will investigate and resolve the matter fairly.
Important: Losses incurred through gameplay are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are only considered in cases of technical errors, duplicate payments, or unauthorized transactions.
2. Situations Where Refunds Are Considered
Technical Failure During Deposit
If your bank account was debited but the amount did not reflect in your BDG wallet due to a technical error, we will investigate and credit the amount or process a refund within 5-7 business days.
Duplicate Payment
If you accidentally made the same deposit twice, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days upon verification.
Unauthorized Transaction
If you notice a transaction on your bank statement that you did not authorize, contact us immediately. We will investigate and if confirmed unauthorized, process a full refund.
Account Closed Before Withdrawal
If your account is closed or suspended by us (not due to a violation of terms), any remaining verified balance will be refunded to your registered payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be processed in the following cases:
- ✗Money lost through gameplay — all bets are final once placed
- ✗Deposits made with bonus money or promotional credits
- ✗Accounts suspended due to violation of Terms & Conditions
- ✗Change of mind after a deposit has been made and used for play
- ✗Requests made more than 30 days after the transaction date
- ✗Winnings already withdrawn from the platform
